"B" Group Averages 2001-2002 |
Newport (I.W.) Scrabble Club's social, or "B" Group evenings are run on a high-score basis. The "B" Group Championship is based on the player's average score over the course of a season running September to August. To qualify, each player must attend half the year's evenings. During the 2001-2002 year, this meant a minimum of 24 evenings, or 48 games. Some players played some qualifying evenings in the "A" Group. These did not count towards their average score. |
